Chris Johnson is a Seattle-based physical therapist, performance coach, multiple time Kona qualifier, and international speaker. He has a large following and wears many hats in his business and wanted a website that would effectively highlight all of his offerings.
Chris had been maintaining his WordPress website for years but was starting to feel like he needed a fresh take on his style. He knew right away that he wanted an energetic feel that honored the colors of the Pacific Northwest. After years of updating his site on his own, he was ready to put the task into someone else’s hands and so he could focus on what he does best – supporting and working with endurance athletes!
Chris’ black and red color palette didn’t reflect the open approachable energy that Chris brings to every conversation. I started the redesign by selecting a vibrant blue & lime color palette and creating a logo that implies swift motion. I also chose a handwritten accent font that has a strong yet friendly vibe that works with Chris’ approach to client work. These elements, along with new professional photos, work together to deliver a physical therapy website that is professional and polished.
This revamped site has extensive custom elements, branded loading scree, alternative mobile responsive photos, branded full-width footer with instagram feed, and WooCommerce integration for efficient sales.
The result is a bold and vibrant website that reflects Chris’ nonstop energy and passion for his work. Through his blog and member’s area, Chris can confidently share his knowledge and insight with his audience knowing that all of the elements are working together. This new site has inspired that same energy for his customers and clients.
A few months after the initial launch, Chris developed a comprehensive digital program launched he wanted to sell on his site. I created a sales page and graphics that incorporated his new brand.
